This is not a political blog, and the described fact is no news at all as it happened in April this year, but as it is summer season I have let myself to write a lighter post. Have you heard that Italian Prime Minister – Silvio Berlusconi put important NATO summit “on hold” because of the phone call? Well depending on point of view it was quite comic or humiliating event, which happened earlier this year in Germany. I’m sure some of you already have seen some videos and pictures from this moment. Have you noticed what kind of phone Mr Berlusconi used that day? I bet it’s E71. Anyone other “famous” people using E71?

I spotted the E71 in the movie “Hangover”
jk where in the movie? I saw it yesterday but didnt notice it!
At the end of the movie in the desert when the actor Bradley Cooper is calling to say that they lost Doug. That phone he used looked like the new E71.

Nicolas Sarkozy & Gordon Brown also use Nokias, although not E71′s. There’s a great website called Celebrity Blackberry Sightings showing pictures of famous people using BB’s. I’d be interested in a site showing pictures of famous people using Nokias. If anyone’s interested in starting a site like that, let me know…!
I couldn’t blame him for using a nice sophisticated and tasteful choice in the E71. After all, the Italians are famous for it.
Also Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo (President and CEO of Nokia Corporation) uses E71.

I cant wait. This is the phone i have been waiting for. I hope its coming out like yesterday. One thing i didnt see mentioned in the review was the interface speed. Does it crawl like the E61 and E62? Or is it so fast that there is no comparison? I hope its coming to ATT or T-Mobile very soon.
