I know its not related to this topic at all but I’ve got quite anoying problem with my E71 which I have for 2 weeks now. While carrying it in my pocket (does not matter if with/without cover) batter cover from one side opens it self. Im already fed up with closing it each time I use phone…
Anybody noticed that kind of problem?

That might be a problem for yours only. You might need to consult Nokia or your salesman. I’ve had the Nokia e71 for about 2 weeks also, but I’ve never had that kind of trouble with the back.
I’ve bough mots of the E71 gameloft games, some are pretty good. For some reason they don’t auto save, so when you close the game, you need to start again. Also, Assassin’s Creed has a bug half way through the second level, flashing screen etc. Apparently this is a problem with the firmware used when the game was developed?
Also just bought Die Hard 4 E71, the main game works, but the mini games (to defuse the bombs) do not display the numbers, so not able to defuse.
Another one, ‘Prince of Persia’ gives a fatal error after selecting the sound on/off option and entering ’5′ to start the game.
The vendor (gamemobile.co.uk) now claims that this is because I am installing the games on the memory card, not the phone memory. They suggest I reinstall on the phone memory.
They also suggested that I could be using the wrong firmware, which is garbage, because there is only one firmware for the E71 at the moment, and that is the version that comes with the phone.
I am now waiting for them to send me a new WAP download link, because with this vendor you don’t actually download a file, the game self-installs from the WAP link, and then if you need to reformat it’s gone (unless you buy their ‘game protection’).
Is this the way all mobile games vendors operate?
OK, the problem appears to be that some of the games do not work when installed on the memory card, no problem when using the phone memory.
There’s a lot of new games available at gamemobile for the E71 (gameloft and now also glu), just installed ‘Age of Empires’..awesome!

You can also try http://www.fishlabs.net/en/home, there you will find titles like Galaxy on Fire and Rally Master Pro, they run really well on the Nokia E71, althought officially they are not listed in the compatibility list, I am using the E66 version.
